Found bubbl.us easy to use with the help prompts in the side-bar and explanatory "bubbles" most useful. Would be great for group planning and problem solving.
Also like the features offered by Flowchart.com, especially the wizards - again would be great for procedure manuals, or brainstorming - lots of tools, clip art, etc. to help make your flowchart or mind map look good - better than a whiteboard !
Found bubble.us a little easier to use, but can see that Flowchart.com would create a more 'professional' look.
